FAQ
Got questions? We've got you covered.
The best founder engagements usually begin with one question: what needs to be proven, built, or learned next before making a larger investment?
01
What stages of an early venture do you support?
We support founders from early idea validation through product strategy, prototyping, MVP development, launch, and initial growth. The engagement can begin with an idea, existing research, a prototype, or an early product already in the market.
02
Can we begin with validation before committing to product development?
Yes. Validation can be a standalone first engagement. We test the audience, problem, positioning, demand, and commercial assumptions before recommending whether the venture should proceed, change direction, or gather more evidence.
03
Do I need a technical co-founder or internal product team?
No. We can provide the product, design, engineering, AI, data, and growth capabilities needed to move from concept to an initial release. We can also work alongside an existing co-founder or internal team.
04
How do you determine what belongs in the MVP?
We prioritize the smallest set of capabilities needed to deliver the core value proposition and test the most important assumptions. Features that do not contribute directly to learning or initial value are usually moved to later phases.
05
Does every new venture need AI?
No. AI should only be included when it improves the user experience, creates a meaningful capability, reduces operational work, or strengthens the business model. We do not add AI simply to position a product as AI-enabled.
06
What happens after the MVP launches?
We can continue supporting product analytics, user feedback, technical improvements, feature development, positioning, acquisition experiments, onboarding, conversion, retention, and the systems needed for the next stage of growth.
