SaaS Growth Strategist (AI-Native)

Vizio AI is building AI-native growth systems for SaaS companies and modern digital businesses.

We are looking for someone who can help grow both:

  • SaaS and digital products

  • AI-native service offerings

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We are not looking for someone who only manages campaigns, prepares reports, or coordinates agencies.

We are looking for someone who can:
build growth systems,
run experiments,
improve acquisition,
optimize messaging,
and turn AI into a real commercial advantage.

What This Role Actually Requires

You should already be deeply comfortable with modern growth infrastructure.

GA4, GTM, Search Console, CRM systems, outbound tooling, attribution logic, funnel tracking, landing page testing, and growth analytics should feel natural to you.

We are not looking for someone who is “learning growth.”
We are looking for someone who already operates inside growth systems confidently.

At the same time, you should also be actively using AI tools in your daily work.

Not casually.
Operationally.

What You Will Work On

You will work across multiple internal ventures and client projects.

Examples include:

  • growing SaaS products

  • building outbound acquisition systems

  • testing positioning & GTM strategies

  • improving activation and onboarding flows

  • building AI-supported growth operations

  • designing scalable lead generation systems

  • experimenting with AI-native service positioning

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and run outbound systems end-to-end

  • Define and refine ICPs continuously

  • Create and test positioning & messaging

  • Design and optimize acquisition funnels

  • Set up tracking and attribution systems

  • Run weekly growth experiments

  • Build automations and operational workflows

  • Use AI tools to improve execution speed and output quality

  • Translate insights into repeatable growth systems

Must-Have Experience

  • 3+ years in SaaS growth, product growth, or growth systems roles

  • Hands-on experience growing SaaS or digital products

  • Strong understanding of growth analytics & tracking systems

  • Experience with outbound and lead generation systems

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Comfortable in fast-moving, high-ownership environments

Strong Plus

  • AI-native workflow usage

  • n8n or automation systems

  • HubSpot / Apollo / CRM operations

  • Landing page testing & CRO

  • Startup or venture studio experience

  • Experience selling or positioning AI-related services/products
     

This role is highly execution-oriented.

You will probably not enjoy this role if you:

  • prefer slow approval processes

  • need highly structured environments

  • only enjoy strategy discussions

  • avoid hands-on execution

  • dislike rapid experimentation
