The client is a prominent property development and investment firm based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, with a diversified portfolio of residential and commercial projects. As the company’s portfolio and market footprint expanded, leadership needed clearer visibility into how sales activity, marketing performance, and project progress were connected across the business.
The company already had valuable data across Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, and Meltwater, but each system operated in isolation. Teams relied heavily on manual spreadsheets to combine reports, which slowed down performance tracking and created inconsistencies between departments.
