Helping a US-based global premium spirits company transform fragmented sales and restaurant data into a mobile-first intelligence dashboard for smarter territory planning and higher-converting field sales activity.

The client is a global beverage enterprise based in the United States, known for managing and marketing world-renowned spirits brands including Jose Cuervo, Proper No. Twelve, and Kraken Rum. With a nationwide field team and a growing brand portfolio, the company operates in a fast-moving market where regional visibility, customer potential, and territory dynamics directly influence sales performance.

As the restaurant network expanded, field teams needed a faster way to identify which accounts were worth prioritizing. Internal sales data, location insights, prospect notes, and restaurant-level information existed, but they were scattered across static files, manual reports, and disconnected workflows.
