What You'll Own
Technical Architecture & System Design
Design scalable architectures across multiple products
Define APIs, data models, integrations, and system boundaries
Make technology decisions with long-term maintainability in mind
Balance speed, cost, scalability, and technical debt
Create foundations other developers can confidently build upon
AI-Native Software Development
We expect AI to be a core part of your engineering workflow.
You should be comfortable using tools such as:

Agent-based development workflows
The goal is not to write every line of code manually.
The goal is to build better systems faster through effective AI collaboration.
You should be able to demonstrate how AI contributes to your development process and engineering output.
DevOps & Cloud Ownership
Own deployment pipelines and infrastructure decisions
Design reliable CI/CD processes
Manage cloud environments
Improve security, monitoring, and operational reliability
Reduce deployment friction across projects
Azure Ecosystem Leadership
Strong Azure experience is required.
